§ MR. JOYCE (Limerick)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can say by what authority did the Commissioners of Education spend £198 on the repairs of the Roxboro' Road Schools, that the tenant, by the terms of the agreement, was bound to keep in repair.
