FARQUHARSONI beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether the Board of Works has any jurisdiction over the houses about to be built north of the footpath in Church Street, Kensington, so as to ensure architectural uniformity and good taste; and whether arrangements will be made to retain the fifteen fine lime trees now fringing the present open space.
