§ SIR ROBERT ROPNER (Stockton)To ask the President of the Board of Trade whether he can arrange for the accounts of the General Lighthouse Fund for the year ending 31st March, 1903, to be laid upon the Table of the House before the end of the session.
(Answered by Mr. Gerald Balfour.) The accounts cannot be presented to Parliament until the certificate of the Comptroller and the Auditor—General has been obtained, and this will probably not be received until November.
