Mr. TOULMIN (Lancashire, Bury)

To ask the President of the Board of Trade whether he can give statistics of the manufactured articles imported into France, Germany, and the United States of America from 1885 to 1902, corresponding as nearly as possible to the articles enumerated in Class 3in the Summaries of the Trade and Navigation Accounts published by the Board of Trade.
