I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War what has been the expenditure upon the Somaliland expedition up to the present time; and what is the estimate for the further operations.

The estimated. expenditure up to the 31st March last is £250,000; and a further £250,000 is. taken in Army Estimates 1903–4.
