HC Deb 23 June 1902 vol 109 c1370
MR. JOHN HOWARD (Kent, Faversham)

To ask the Financial Secretary to the War Office if he will say why some of the Yeomanry officers attached as instructors to the Imperial Yeomanry, who were training for South Africa at Aldershot, have not yet received their pay, which in some cases is three months overdue.

(Answer.) It appears that the Imperial Yeomanry Depot at Aldershot failed to put in a claim for the pay of these officers; the causes of the delay are being investigated. The officers have, all but one, been settled with, and his case is being inquired into.—(War Office.)
