MR. PATRICK O'BRIENI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can say why the new scheme of intermediate education has been so long delayed, and when it will be issued.
§ MR. WYNDHAMThe Board of Intermediate Education is actively engaged in the preparation of the new rules and programme, which, I believe, will shortly be presented to Parliament.
