HC Deb 10 May 1901 vol 93 c1330
DR. AMBROSE (Mayo, W.)

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether, in view of the fact that, in the electoral division of Shramore, in the Westport union (county Mayo), there are nearly 100 children who are six miles away from the nearest school, he will see that a school is established within a convenient distance from those children.

MR. WYNDHAM

If an application be made to the Commissioners for the establishment of a school in this locality it will be considered.
