DILLONI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether, in view of the fact that Trinity College, Dublin, does not publish any accounts of its revenue and expenditure, he can undertake to bring in a Bill requiring Trinity College to publish annually an account of its revenue and expenditure in a form similar to that in which the accounts of the University of Glasgow are published.
