I would point out to my right hon. friend that orders of admission to strangers are issued by Mr. Speaker's Secretary, and their issue from a separate office would be very inconvenient; further, that the remedy suggested would only apply before 4.45 o'clock, when orders of admission are granted by the Serjeant-at-Arms.
