§ MR. PRICEI beg to ask the Vice-President of the Committee of Council on Education whether he is aware that the Bishop of Norwich has expressed his unwillingness to continue to allow the School Board of Horning, Norfolk, the use of the school there, although willing to allow its use as a voluntary school; and whether, if the Vice-President has any power in the matter he will refuse his sanction to the change, or at least insist upon such a substantial guarantee of subscriptions as to afford a reasonable chance of the school being efficient.
§ SIR J. GORSTThe Committee of Council have no information on the facts stated in the first paragraph, and no application from either the Bishop of Norwich or the School Board of Horning has been received in the Education Department.
