§ MR. PIERPOINT (Warrington)I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for War whether any steps have been taken, and, if so, what, to provide houses at reasonable rents for officers of the garrison at Gibraltar.
§ MR. WYNDHAMThe question has been under the consideration of a Committee which went to Gibraltar and has reported in favour of some such provision. The further questions of construction and of the rent chargeable are now under consideration.
