§ DR. TANNERI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland if he can state when it is proposed to hold the next Land Commission Courts in Macroom and Millstreet respectively, when were the last courts held, and how many cases remained unheard.
§ MR. G. W. BALFOURA sub-commission last sat in Millstreet in October, and for the disposal of cases from Macroom in February. Forty-one cases from Millstreet and sixty-eight from Macroom district have not yet been listed for hearing. It is not, at present, possible to say when the next sitting of a sub-commission will be hold in either of these districts.
