MR. FIELDI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, whether, in view of the serious difference which exists in the constitution, pay, promotion, and local control of the Irish Metropolitan Police and the Irish Constabulary, as compared with any other police force in the three kingdoms, a Commission will be appointed to inquire into and report upon the different systems.
