§ Mr. DavisIs the Secretary of State aware that there is a grotesquely inadequate public transport system in Hackney, that bus routes are being taken off, and that the proposed underground railway system is unlikely to be implemented for about 20 years? Should not the Ministry institute an inquiry having regard to the needs of this very large London borough?
