Motion made, and Question,
That notwithstanding anything to the contary in the practice of the House relating to the matters which may be included in Finance Bills, provision may be made in any Finance Bill of the present Session for confirming and giving effect to any agreement between the Treasury and the Ministry of Finance for Northern Ireland which amends the agreement relating to social and allied services scheduled to the Social Services (Northern Ireland Agreement) Act 1949.—[Mr. Roy Jenkins.]
