§ 37. Mr. William Edwardsasked the President of the Board of Trade if he will make a statement on the progress made in building the advance factory allocated to Blaenau Ffestiniog in November, 1964.
§ Mr. JayPurchase of the site for this factory, and the substantial extension required by the company to which it has been allocated, was not completed until March this year. If the company signs the agreement to lease in the near future, construction can begin within about 10 days of signature. The factory will then take about seven months to complete.
§ Mr. EdwardsCan my right hon. Friend give an assurance that there will be no further delay in building this factory, bearing in mind the increase in the number of advance factories now being built in Wales?
