I beg to move, in page 195, line 12, at the end to insert: (3) A person who wilfully obstructs a person acting in the exercise of his powers under this section shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable in respect thereof to a fine not exceeding twenty pounds. (4) If a person who, in compliance with the provisions of this section, is admitted into a factory, workshop or workplace discloses to any person any information obtained by him therein as to any manufacturing process or trade secret, then, unless the disclosure is made in the course of performing his duty in connection with the purposes for which he was authorised to enter the land he shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable in respect thereof to a fine not exceeding one hundred pounds or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months. This is a Privilege Amendment.
