I beg to move, in page 228, line 9, at the end to insert: (c) the Postmaster-General shall be entitled to recover from the said authority the expense of providing, in substitution for the affected line and any telegraphic line connected therewith which is rendered useless in consequence of the removal or abandonment of the affected line, a telegraphic line in such other place as he may require; This is a Privilege Amendment.
