Before I call the hon. Member for The Hartlepools (Mr. D. Jones) to move his proposed Amendment, I would point out what I think he has probably noticed already, that if an Amendment in the name of the right hon. Member for Warrington (Dr. Summer-skill) is accepted in Committee his proposed Amendment will fall. In calling him to move his Amendment to the Motion, I am in no way prejudging what the course of the discussion in Committee should be.
