I beg to move, in page 22, line 30, after "orders", to insert: (other than orders under subsection (2) of section fifteen of this Act)". This is largely consequential upon the Amendments already passed. Obviously, it would be undesirable for orders provided for by these Amendments to come within the category of Statutory Instruments.

I entirely agree; it is consequential.
