§ Mr. PowellI beg to move, in page 5, line 31, at the end to insert:
(3) Regulations under subsection (2) of this section may make different provision in relation to different classes of furnace or oven.In a sense, this Amendment is consequential from the Amendments which have just been made. If a much wider range of furnaces is now covered by Clause 6, it is desirable that the power of regulation-making in regard to measuring and recording instruments should be more flexible, so that the requirements may be different for different sizes of furnace.
