I regret I have nothing to add at present to my right hon. Friend's answer to the hon. Member for Stirling and Falkirk Burghs (Mr. Malcolm MacPherson) on 21st July.

Is the hon. Gentleman aware that the matter was mentioned in the Gracious Speech 12 months' ago? Is anything likely to happen next year?

Perhaps the hon. Member will be kind enough to await the next Gracious Speech.
