§ Mr. GammansA kiosk was provided on the Ely Racecourse Housing Estate on 7th November. There are now five kiosks in or near these two estates, and these should meet requirements.
§ Mr. ThomasIs the Minister suggesting that the five kiosks are in the Caerau and Ely Racecourse Housing Estates, or in the other part which is by far the bigger? I believe he will find that there is only one on the Caerau estate.
