Mr. Malcolm MacMillanasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether Ross and Cromarty County Council have yet found a contractor to undertake the construction of the new pier at Portnaguran, Isle of Lewis; when this work is to begin; and, if contractors have not yet been engaged, whether he will make a statement on the prospect of an early start with this scheme.
