asked the Minister of Food at what date he stopped the import of mixtures of teaseed oil, and why.

We have never allowed the free import of mixtures of teaseed oil with controlled oils; otherwise, our control of these scarce oils would be ineffective.

Is this not retaining control for control's sake?
