asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty if he will give the scales of remuneration now payable for the various grades in the Royal Corps of Naval Constructors after the provincial differentiation has been deducted.

As the answer consists mainly of figures I will, with the hon. and gallant Member's permission, circulate it in the OFFICIAL REPORT.

Is it not a fact that under these new scales certain officials are actually drawing less pay than they did before? How were these new scales of pay arrived at? Was there a discussion with the Whitley Council?

The Question just asks for the scales of remuneration, and they will be given in the OFFICIAL REPORT. I suggest the hon. and gallant Gentleman waits until such time as he sees them.
