Amendment made: In page 45, line 41, at the end, insert: 'coast protection charge' has the meaning assigned to it by section six of this Act.

I beg to move, in page 45, line 45, at the end, insert: and includes the sowing or planting of vegetation for the said purpose. This is to make clear that coast protection work includes the sowing or planting of marram grass, pine trees or anything else that may be of assistance in stabilising beach defences. Again, it is a matter which was raised in Committee.
