I beg to move, in page 44, line 3, after "by," to insert "or under."

Perhaps at the same time we could conveniently take the Amendment in page 44, line 5.

These are drafting Amendments needed by the introduction on the Committee stage of Clause 27 relating to the acquisition of right of passage for facilitating coast protection work.
