§ Mr. TomlinsonPamphlet No. 4 on Bilingualism in the Secondary Schools of Wales was published by my Department to help school authorities and teachers in the secondary schools of Wales to deal with their special language problems, and it makes valuable suggestions to that end. These do not imply uniformity, but reserve the freedom of the schools to devise their own curricula and teaching methods.
