§ Mr. T. WilliamsAs part of the agricultural expansion programme, wool prices in 1948, as already announced, will be increased by an average of 7½d. a lb. But I should remind my hon. Friend that wool is only one product of the sheep breeding industry, the profitability of which is largely determined by the prices realised for sheep and lambs.
