§ Mr. H. WilsonA proposal to build a new factory in the Nantlle Valley with the assistance of the Development Commission has recently been submitted to my Department. The timing of such work must, of course, be carefully weighed in relation to our resources, but I can assure my hon. Friend of the most sympathetic consideration that is possible.
