§ 60. Dr. Comynsasked the Minister of Food if he is aware of the shortage of beer in the Silvertown area; and if he will arrange for an adequate supply at the earliest opportunity.
§ 69. Mr. Wyattasked the Minister of Food whether any change has been made in the basis on which brewers' beer production quotas are fixed.
§ Mr. StracheyAs from 1st October, production quotas are based upon production during the year ended 31st March, 1946, instead of the year ended 30th September, 1945. This will result in a small increase in supplies of beer, particularly in London, and Silvertown will no doubt share in that increase.
