54. Lieut.-Colonel Clifton-Brown

asked the Minister of Food if he will restore the autumn ration of 10 lbs. of sugar per stock of bees, and thereby ensure a maximum supply of honey during 1947.

On the recommendation of my right hon. Friend the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, my right hon. Friend proposes to authorise the customary allowance of 10 lb. of sugar per colony for the feeding of bees during the autumn and winter.
