Mrs. Middletonasked the Minister of Food whether he will take steps to see that the margin of weight in vegetable and fruit products allowed by farmers and market gardeners to recompense retailers for loss of weight by shrinking and trimming is not treated as a rake off by the wholesalers in order to inflate middleman's profits.
