asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will consider the appointment of an attaché at the British Legation at Berne to deal specially with refugee and rescue problems arising out of German persecution.

On the information at present available I doubt whether a special appointment of this kind is necessary, but I will gladly look into the matter again.
