HC Deb 17 December 1945 vol 417 c934
78. Sir G. Fox

asked the Under-Secretary of State for Dominion Affairs in which of the Dominions arrangements exist, or are being made, at the present time to enable a limited amount of advertising on the radio; and under what conditions in each case.

The Under-Secretary of State for Dominion Affairs (Mr. Parker)

I understand that advertising on the radio is now permitted in all the Dominions subject to various conditions. These conditions are somewhat lengthy and complicated and with the hon. Member's permission I will communicate them to him in writing.

Mr. Bossom

Will they be published in the Official Report?

Mr. Parker

They are very long indeed and I am afraid that it will not be possible.

Mr. Bossom

Will the right hon. Gentleman please do that?

Mr. Parker

I am afraid it is impossible.
