§ The Postmaster-General (Captain Crookshank)Yes, Sir, and it is because postage is payable from all countries on all classes of air mail sent by His Majesty's Forces. As regards the second part of the hon Member's Question facilities, 861 similar to those available in the Middle East, are already available to the troops in India and Burma both for airgraphs and air letters.
