§ Mr. MabaneFish landings in Scotland are subject to the provisions of the zoning and distribution scheme, which comes into force on 17th October, and the limits within which such fish may be moved are defined in the Transport Directions dated 26th September, 1942. The operative orders are the Fish (Distribution) Order, 1942, and the Food (Transport) Direction Order, 1942. I should be willing, if the opportunity arose, to explain the intentions of the Orders to the House.
