DuncanIf suitable work is no longer available at a Royal Ordnance Factory, the employee concerned is either transferred as a volunteer to another Royal Ordnance Factory or is placed in other suitable munitions employment under arrangements made by the Ministry of Labour and National Service. As regards the second part of the Question, the firms engaged in tank production have been organised in groups in such a way as to secure maximum output.
