§ The Joint Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Works and Planning (Mr. Henry Strauss)Settlement of all claims for compensation was made by agreement with the owner, Mrs. Blackmoor, in August, 1940, and regular payments have been made since that date. The Ministry are under no liability in respect of the furniture which was stored by the owner in a repository.
