§ The Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Health (Miss Horsbrugh)I have seen a copy of the letter referred to. As I have said, in answer to similar Questions by other hon. Members, the protest appears to be due to a misunderstanding of the purpose of the action now being taken by the Assistance Board.
