asked the Secretary of State for War whether he has considered a complaint by No. 4923563, Private G. Worship, forwarded by the hon. Member for the Tamworth Division, alleging that he had been denied facilities for obtaining redress in accordance with Section 43 of the Army Act; whether he is aware that Private Worship has been charged with making this complaint in a manner otherwise than in accordance with the said Section; and whether he will make a statement?
