§ Mr. PalingThis is a fairly simple question, and as four or five months have elapsed since this report was promised, ought we not, in the circumstances, to have had a result before now?
Mr. MacDonaldIt involves a good deal of inquiry and consideration, and, 1914 like other matters it has had, I am afraid, to be interrupted by urgent work which the Government have had to carry out in connection with the war, but the matter has not been lost sight of.
