§ Sir V. WarrenderThe widow of a Territorial soldier receives in full any pension to which she is entitled under Army Regulations in respect of her husband and no deduction is made from this. She cannot, however, receive, in addition, a pension under the Widows', Orphans' and Old Age Contributory Pensions Act, 1936, in respect of her husband, such issue being barred by Section 25 of that Act.
