43. Mr. Day

asked the Minister of Agriculture whether he will give particulars of what decision has been arrived at by the Government relative to increasing the necessary supplies of foodstuffs by home production in times of necessity?

Mr. W. S. Morrison

I would refer the hon. Member to the reply I gave to my hon. and gallant Friend the Member for Abingdon (Sir R. Glyn) on 21st November.

Mr. Day

Can the right hon. Gentleman say to which Minister of the Government these special duties have been delegated?

Mr. Morrison

Questions about food production should be addressed to me.
