§ Major TryonThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative; as regards the second part, I understand that the cause of the fire which occurred in the "Berengaria" on 16th March is still under investigation and that the damage was very slight; the "Berengaria" was not due to convey mails at the material time and the third part of the question does not, therefore, arise.
