35. Mr. De la Bère
asked the Postmaster-General what steps the British Broadcasting Corporation are taking to protect their rights under the Copyright Act against cinemas displaying large-screen television?
§ Major Tryon
I am informed by the British Broadcasting Corporation that in a few special cases in which the interests of other parties are involved, a precautionary notice on this subject is being 834 included in the programme. Beyond this, no general steps in the direction suggested have as yet been found necessary.
