Mr. WedderburnWhen the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Bill becomes law it will be necessary to issue a circular to the appropriate authorities explaining its provisions, and it is proposed to include in the circular a recommendation that favourable consideration should be given to the question of holding police courts in the evening.
