asked the Minister of Agriculture the total value of fish landed in the United Kingdom in 1937 direct from the fishing grounds by British fishing vessels; and the total value of fish imported from foreign countries and British countries, respectively, in the same year?

Following is the reply :

1 The total value of fish landed in the United Kingdom in 1937, direct from the fishing grounds by British fishing vessels, was as follows:
